This week, Gaby vulnerably and generously shares her thoughts on her experience at the Hoffman Process (a week-long healing retreat of transformation and development for people who feel stuck in their life). As a Hoffman legacy, she knew this therapy bootcamp would as expected as going to college in her family, but she always stood firm on going on her own terms. And thankfully so, for this very life-changing time spent at Hoffman became what she decided to publicly share about (despite the stigma) on one beloved mental health blog - The Local Optimist - while Meadow was still managing it. And the rest is history.
