It's called a motion to vacate. It only takes one person to call for this vote and Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz has done that very thing. He's called for Speaker McCarthy to be removed as Speaker of the House. And McCarthy responded. But the big question is: Does he have enough votes to get rid of McCarthy?
