In this episode, Mike is joined by Gail Becker. Gail is the Founder of CAULIPOWER, one of  the most disruptive companies in the better-for-you frozen food space. 

As the mother of two sons diagnosed with celiac disease at an early age, Gail was disappointed with the gluten-free options lacking in nutrition and taste. She said goodbye to corporate America in 2016 to start CAULIPOWER, launching the company in 2017 with a mission to reinvent America’s favorite comfort foods. CAULIPOWER products include cauliflower crust pizza, cauliflower pasta, tortillas, breakfast scrambles, and more. 

Throughout this episode, Gail talks about why she started CAULIPOWER, her experience getting products into retail stores, financing the company, advice for other female entrepreneurs, the difference between a mentor and a sponsor, crazy stories from running the business, and so much more.
