Galatians 4: 8 But then indeed, when you did not know God, you served those which by nature are not gods.

Paul is warning the Christians in the churches in Galatia of the dangers of going back to the foolishness of the ideas they had before they were saved. Paul is still teaching them the need to mature and move on from infancy.
