POINT: Emotions are wonderful companions in life, but they are terrible leaders in life

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, Help me be led by Your Spirit today. When my impulses want to react, help me to pause. When my past tries to speak, remind me who I am in Christ. When my emotions run high, lead me into wisdom and peace. Help me to live: Not by impulse, Not by my past, Not by emotion, But led by your Spirit. In Jesus' name, Amen.
