In what do you boast? As the Apostle Paul closes his letter to the Galatians he says, "far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ." For Paul, the cross and the gospel were everything. In this sermon by Pastor Caleb Stone, we are reminded that no one can be justified before God on his/her own merit, but exclusively through faith alone in Jesus Christ and his finished work upon the cross. It is by faith alone in Christ that one who is spiritually dead becomes spiritually alive as a new creation. Therefore, let the one who boasts, boast in the cross of the Lord for it is his doing and not ours.
