Yass, I'm back!!! In this week's episode of "The St.James Project Podcast," I'm talking about my own personal experience being diagnosed with gallstones. Let me break it down what that means to ya: Gallstones are a small, hard crystalline mass formed abnormally in the gallbladder or bile ducts from bile pigments, cholesterol, and calcium salts that can cause severe pain and blockage of the bile duct.
