Many a times our post words lead into our next podcast, so stay tuned don't miss out on this one, because a lot of people have suffered shipwreck not knowing what does the Bible say about gambling and investment. It depends on where your heart is that matters. If you can't settle in your heart that you're doing it for the glory of God (Mark 12:42-44) and most  of us can't say we're doing it for the glory of God, you judge your own actions because God will. Maybe you invested in the poor, the needy, or a good God-fearing Church; and even then if you're doing it for notoriety or the wrong reason; even that could be a sin. Case and point: Remember what those rich people did in the temple and Jesus said to his disciples:
This widow woman who put in two mites has given more than they who gave from their abundance to the treasury, all because she gave God all she had and from her heart. (Mark 12:41-44). Read it. So the little guy who picked up one lottery ticket or the big guy who buy a whole dozen tickets, it's still could be gambling it's where their hearts and motives lie. Whether you the little guy who worked all your life and you invested in a stock or a rich guy who go to the stock market everyday and invest in stock at the end it's a Gamble.  It is said that the reason some of the wealthy people don't want the lottery is because every now and then a little guy gets a leg up, join their ranks and become wealthy. You judge, regardless what you do, if it's for greedy gain, it is sin.
