Analysis: A cagey elimination game as was to be expected. The Golden Knights were quite loose with the puck all over the ice for a while but Minnesota helped by handing them a 4-minute penalty which once again got VGK on the board in a big spot. Game kind of turned into a dump and chase fest for a little while there but Mark Stone decided it was time for an otherworldly play by Mark Stone and a gorgeous finish by Jack Eichel. VGK then went into lockdown mode defensively trying to keep the puck away from the front of the net and they suceeded long enough to take a two goal lead. (Recap by Ken)

The Golden Knights are NOT at home. Thus, they do NOT have control of the matchups in this game. Remember that when you read this next sentence.
Jack Eichel has been on the ice for 8:16 of Kirill Kaprizov's 11:49 of 5-on-5 ice time.
