Damien launched his commercial cleaning company Urban Clean in 2008 with a mop, vacuum and a laser focus on income growth. Today, Urban Clean is Australia’s second biggest locally owned commercial cleaning brand operating in over 500 commercial spaces every day.

Urban Clean has 150 franchises and is expanding globally, first in New Zealand and later this year in the United States.
