Because when teachers feel successful, something shifts. They take risks. They try things that might not work. They stop surviving the school day and start leading it.
Most PD skips that layer entirely. We hand educators a tool, run them through a training, and wonder why nothing changes Monday morning. Juliana's research says the problem isn't the training. It's everything we built the training on top of.
This conversation gets into what it actually takes to build teacher confidence at scale, why the best PD looks exactly like the classroom experience we want students to have, and what happened when one district ditched the front-of-room desk entirely because the technology finally made something better possible.
The tool didn't change the classroom. The belief did.
