Understanding the 'dials' I use on my game dashboard.

First 15 mins is a breakdown of why the linear process approach is not ideal, not is the full inner game trickle-down approach. Instead, I find the best approach to be an ability to monitor the health of an interaction by a variety of dials, to orient myself to where I am 'at' and likely what I need to be doing next.
