Been a while, did you think we had stopped? Nope, its just summer, and its been nice and its been busy. But we managed to record, and geek out on something none the less.

This time, we talk about a lot of things that we do when we aren't playing video games, which is movies, tv shows and comic books. Oh yes, deep in the nerd wheel house.

After a lengthy hiatus, we return with season 2. 

You may ask, whats a season 2 of a podcast? Well, in our case its the same stuff packed in a different wrapper with some new intro music. Seriously, we like to keep it fresh round these parts.

We also have our first ever Game Mechanics Guest! He shows us how to Halo. Join us as we try to keep David from sharing too many of his secrets on the podcast, as we cover topics like: Teaching kids to persevere when they're losing; how to enjoy the time playing rather than focusing on winning; and finally, listen as we clumsily muddle through some of our favorite music in games.

We're back again! After a bit of a hibernation, we venture outside the cave to forage for delicious podcast content. Because bears.

This time we've got something a bit different, First, a PAX update from David who went with kids in tow to one of gaming biggest expos. Then we try to quantify as unscientifically as possible, an "autuer" theory for games. Join David, Paul and Myk as we try not offend you and your favorite video game.

We also dive into maturity in games, is gaming still in its infancy after 30+ years? As we mature to the next platform, we're more hopeful to experience more games like Heavy Rain, The Last of Us, and more games as a medium for empathy, rather than an adrenaline rush. And, a lesson in english as both David and Myk discover how hard it is to say "Sickeningly" after a few drinks.
