This week, our episode begins in Riverrun where Robb and Catelyn attend Lord Tully's funeral. Meanwhile, Tywin Lannister has arranged for Lord Baelish to marry Cat's sister, Lysa Arryn! Very interesting. At Craster's Keep, Sam witnesses gilly give birth to a baby boy, Theon Greyjoy is tortured by unknown men and then released by a mysterious cleaner? This week the Gang meet Olenna Tyrell, who convinces Sansa to tell-all about the horrible King Joffrey. Bran, Rickon, Osha, and Hodor encounter siblings Jojen and Meera Reed, who are apparently children of a Stark Bannerman. Jojen tells Bran that he can enter the minds of animals?! This week was all about the Battle of Blackwater. The entire episode takes place in Kings Landing, where the Lannister army defends the capitol against Stannis Baratheon. Tyrion takes charge and commands his men in battle while Cersei and Sansa are kept safe in the Red Keep. Classic Joffrey hides away in his chamber, failing to defend his throne and his people.
