Welcome to the first installment of the Game of the Month from The Campfire, brought to you, as always, by Ember and Laura. For the uninitiated, each month will have a dedicated game, MMORPG or otherwise, which we will play throughout the month before recording an extra episode at the end of the month discussing our experiences.

For January, 2026, we played Guild Wars 1 and it was a fantastic time. As Laura put it so elegantly, here is an MMORPG which solved problems that modern games have reintroduced twenty years later.

For February, 2026, we'll be playing Arknights: Endfield!
