With an illustrious career working for the Marriott Hotel organization, heading food and bar operations, Jack Godgrey utilized his training and entrepreneurship to launch successful restuarants; Chesapeake Bagel Bakery and Jakes Smokehouse BBQ, in Maryland and Orlando. 

Jack is presently devoting his time to preserving the Catskills Resort, "Borscht belt" era by building a museum to honor its history.
