Rick Bennett is currently the head coach of the Union Dutchmen ice hockey team at Union College. He has led the Dutchmen to three ECAC Hockey regular season titles, three ECAC Hockey tournament titles, four NCAA Tournament appearances , two Frozen Fours and one NCAA championship title against Minnesota. Bennett won ECAC Hockey's Tim Taylor Award for conference coach of the year twice and won the American Hockey Coaches Association's Spencer Penrose Award for NCAA Division I coach of the year in 2014.
Bennett played at Providence College, where he was recognised as a Hobey Baker finalist in 1990 and two-time winner of the Lou Lamoriello Trophy as team MVP.
Bennett was a third-round draft pick of the Minnesota North Stars and later played in the NHL for the New York Rangers.

Bailey played for the Alaska Anchorage Seawolves in the NCAA Men's Division I Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA). In his senior year, Bailey's outstanding play was rewarded with a selection to the 2013–14 All-WCHA First Team.
On March 26, 2014, the Anaheim Ducks signed Bailey as an undrafted free agent to a two-year entry-level contract and on March 28, 2014, he made his professional debut with the Norfolk Admirals of the AHL.
Bailey signed to a one-year AHL contract with the Stockton Heat, the primary affiliate to the Calgary Flames in 2016. In the 2016–17 season, Bailey split between the Flames' AHL and ECHL affiliates, appearing in 17 games for 7 points with the Heat before opting to sign his first contract abroad in agreeing to join Swedish second division club, Mora IK in their upcoming playoff quest on 2017.
After spending two full seasons in the Swedish Hockey League with Mora IK, Bailey left as a free agent following their return to the Allsvenskan at the conclusion of the 2018–19 season. Most recently, Bailey agreed to a one-year contract with German club, ERC Ingolstadt of the DEL.

In this episode, we interview Steve Thompson.
Steve Thompson served as goalie coach for the U.S. Women's National Team for the first time at the 2018 Four Nations Cup in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where the U.S. won four games in a row on the way to winning its fourth consecutive tournament championship.
Thompson has spent two years with USA Hockey as the Pacific District Associate Coach-in-Chief/Goaltending. The founder and head instructor at Alaska Goaltending Academy, LLC, Thompson played two seasons with the USHL's Sioux City Musketeers before graduating from University of Alaska Nanooks and moving on to coach at University of Alaska Anchorage where he spent two seasons as the team's goaltending/strength and conditioning coach.

Rick played in the NHL with the LA Kings as a Goalie and since served an illustrious career as an NHL scout, having personally discovered & drafted over 35 players over the years for teams such as the Nashville Predators, Arizona Coyotes, and Columbus Blue Jackets.
