Nationally known gang expert, retired Sgt. Leslee Hallenback, visits McCoy and Leach on "The Investigator" to discuss the problems brought to our communities by illegal gang organizations. She spent a career studying these groups.
Leslee is such an expert on these issues, she was asked to address the United States Attorneys General Conference. 
As Sgt. Hallenback points out, this problem is not limited to major cities. Illegal gangs have infiltrated every region of our country. We all, especially parents, need to listen to this episode.
