In this episode I sat down with John Greaves III, the founder of Garage Gym Life Media. Garage Gym Life Media aims to promote not only garage gyms but any home gym whether it be in a shed, car port, basement, attic, you name it and John is ready to promote it. Garage Gym Life Media is also responsible for a number of live streams for amateur strength sports from powerlifting to strongman to grip sports. John was a very knowledgeable guest and we were able to cover a variety of topics. John is a very down to earth guy who is very passionate about what he does in the strength community.
