So the Holidays are here. Or are they? Because unlike previous years where we are stressed by family interactions we find ourselves wrestling with whether or not we should even come together with family. So we invited licensed professional counselor Abe Klein to walk us thru how to deal with the emotional strain of socially distancing thru the holidays. We talk about avoiding deep conversations thru text, using Zoom and other tech to attempt to connect, and the effects all this has on our psyche. We also go over some do's and dont's for those that do have small gatherings.
