A skeleton staff today, with Rail City Garden Center owner Pawl Hollis the only one on mike at the opening.  Master Gardener Randy Robison was caught in traffic and was a bit late.  Joel Stanley  from Rail City talked about the parking lot clearance sale until Randy got there!
