Our Memorial Day weekend show was loaded with questions from listeners and skillfully crafted answers from Lisa, Bob and myself.  Joey B. was our fill-in producer. What a thrill to work with him again!  Why Poppies for Memorial day?  Do Silver maples really have value? Can you plant onions too close together?  Does a Mosquito plant really keep mosquitoes away?  Hmmmm.  Just in case here is the recipe for our famous, Garden Talk, natural mosquito repellent.  It makes you smell good too:  In 1 cup of water and 2 cups white vinegar add 10 drops of lavender essential oil, 5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil and 8 drops of peppermint essential oil.  Shake well and apply to clothing or skin.  Essential oils can be purchased at local food co-ops, or health food stores.  We'll see you in the garden.  Len
