Her team manages their intern program, entry-level technical recruitment, STEM/K-12, Diversity and Inclusion, and the new associate onboarding and engagement initiatives. Where Jen is a University Relations Recruiter and has been with Garmin for 3 years. Her job is to maintain relationships with universities and early talent candidates as well as plan, prepare, and execute their internship program.
