There is a guy out there named Garris Elkins. He is well known in the New Apostolic Reformation circles and claims to have prophetic insight. If you go to his website, he has some sort of revelation almost every day. He's a pretty busy guy. But there are some problems with Garris' prophetic insights, they are more NAR Theology than words from YHVH. Let's look a little at the NAR and then at some of Garris' ways.
