James L. Bills has over two decades of experience in the motion picture industry. He’s worked on several feature films and for network TV on shows such as SLEEPY HOLLOW, GENE SIMMONS FAMILY JEWELS, MINORITY REPORT, REVOLUTION, SALEM, KEVIN FROM WORK, and URBAN COWBOY.

James is currently the founder of Gas Money Pictures, a animation studio in North Hollywood.
