Obama: To Oust Or Not To Oust Gaddafi?

Obama’s mission and strategy in Libya has been completely unclear, especially when it comes to whether or not the decision to launch U.S. missile strikes against Gaddafi forces is to result in the ousting of Gaddafi himself.
