Plain and simple gaslighting is bad and it happens to too many people that don’t realize that this a real behavior is very prominent in some people’s ways! We should all know different types of personalities and behaviors to better understand how to respond and also take control back of your life!
In this episode we will speak truth about a subject that gaslighters will never want to speak about and or know! The victim should know about how to recognize this type of behavior in marriages, relationships, siblings, co workers, organizations, etc.
A sneak peak to some common phrases you might hear from your gaslighter are:
*You're so sensitive!
*You know that's just because you are so insecure.
*Stop acting crazy.
*You are just paranoid.
*You just love trying to throw me off track.
*I was just joking!
*You are making that up.
*It's no big deal.
