Gaslighting is a pattern of psychological abuse. It is subtle manipulation, so subtle that you might not recognise it as abuse, but abuse it is! It can be by an individual or group, by a partner, friend, family member or work colleague. It causes you to question yourself, doubt yourself, your memories, your perception of reality, even your sanity, leaving you anxious, overwhelmed, frustrated and even afraid.

It impacts negatively on your overall life and relationships so it is important to recognise it and be able to handle it. In this podcast I help you to understand this manipulative, abusive psychological behaviour. I also give you tips and strategies for dealing with it.
