What is a Happiness Hacker and how can they help you?

Meet Penny Locaso, the world’s first Happiness Hacker. After failing to find happiness in her successes, Penny pulled apart her life. As part of her recreation she set up HackingHappy.com to support others who want to do the same. Penny is on a mission to teach 10 million humans how to live their happiest lives by 2025.

We were fortunate to interview Penny for this Gatehouse Insights’ episode, where she and Louise Hvala discuss the relationship between happiness and success, redefining success, the concept of unlearning, why curiosity is important, hobbies and much more.
