We loved having Catherine Brooks back to share further insight into her life and provide more advice around workplace relations.

In this interview with our host, Louise Hvala, Catherine explains her new role to us, how her skills as a lawyer are transferable to this new role and paints us a picture of her daily life and why this unique work arrangement best suits her and her family.

Catherine also provides advice around flexible work arrangements, particularly for women who’d like to return to work straight after giving birth.

Catherine is a senior advisor at Wendy Brooks & Partners, a not-for-profit that provides strategic fundraising services. She’s also an employment and workplace relations consultant for Law Squared, co-founder of the online business, Natural Supply Co, and author of the book, ‘Let’s make it work, baby!’.
