Gatekeeper, a person who works to allow, refuse, limit, redirect, support, or hinder initiatives in a community. Tulia and I discuss how harmful gatekeeping is to both the victim and perpetrator. We talk about what role it’s played in both our personal and professional lives. We hope this  conversation will encourage people to have these discussions openly and more often. We also hope it’ll bridge gaps, and allow us to give more opportunities to others and to further the growth of our community.
