We all know how to pray when life is good. What about when you're stuck, isolated, and it feels like no one notices?

David wrote Psalm 142 from a literal cave, running for his life. And from that cave, he gives us four prayers we can pray any time we find ourselves in one.

We often pray, "God, do something for me," but sometimes God just wants to say something to us. And He speaks most clearly through His Word. In Psalm 119, David let Scripture become the foundation under every decision he made. This week we're learning how to do the same.
