We don’t see ourselves the way others do, so having others who love us and want to see us become who God is calling us into is essential.  This powerful benefit of community may be uncomfortable at first, because it is unfamiliar…and has often been done incorrectly.  However, when “iron sharpens iron” Biblically, everyone wins!
