Gathering Thunder Foundation Radio Show @ 7:30 PM EST

Please join GTF president, Denise Iwaniw and her special guests, Marsha Gilpin and Davian Joell Dullknife from Oglala SD, and Nicole Fix, GTF Advisory Circle Member and Director of Peace and Social Welfare for the launch of the Gathering Thunder Foundation Radio Show. We will be discussing teen suicide in Indian Country as well as what is being done by Native youth to help curb this unprecedented tide.

Both Marsha and her daughter, Davian are deeply involved in the Bear Program's Suicide Awareness and Prevention activities in South Dakota.  Gathering Thunder Foundation is proud to partner with Lakota Youth to help raise funds for the Bear Program, through sales of specially designed t-shirts now available through May 3rd on www.GatheringThunderFoundation.org.

Walking The Red Road of Life Radio Show @ 8 PM EST

Join Denise Iwaniw and Neshi Lokotz for the debut show of Walking The Red Road of Life. Neshi and Denise will share about the intentions of their new show. Their special guests are Marsha Gilpin and her daughter, Davian Joell Dullknife and Nicole Fix.

Marsha and Davian live in Oglala, South Dakota on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.  Both Marsha and 17 year old, Davian who is the 1st Youth Ambassador to the Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers, are actively involved in suicide awareness and prevention programs for Lakota youth, through the Bear Program on Pine Ridge.

Nicole Fix sits on the Advisory Circle of the Gathering Thunder Foundation as the Director of Peace and Social Welfare.
