As I sat at my desk preparing for this episode I was transported to far away places and tough conditions where I would so rather have been. Todays guest is an adventurer, traveller brand ambassador, speaker and more.  

Gaven gives you the sense that “anyone can do this, but it’s a choice.” I am not sure I agree that anyone can jump on a bike and ride from Cape Town to Cairo, but it certainly gets the heart beating.   

Todays episode is for the dreamers, the ones who want to find more and meet someone who has done it.   Gaven is not the conventional type of guest, he is easy to speak to, he doesn’t use fancy words or theoretical ideas. He is a more practical, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of chap.  

 “Every day is a perfect day” sums up my time with Gaven.
