In today's episode you'll meet Hannah Strenger, a 31-year old artist & Creative Coach from Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Hannah shares her story about realizing her sexuality through the process of therapy, going back to small-town Wisconsin to come out to her Catholic parents, navigating her first relationship with a woman (who she's still with - yay!), how her mindset has shifted about what her life has in store related to her sexuality, thinking BIG & being open to the endless possibilities of your life, and the importance of getting in touch with what YOU want and how YOU want to live vs. living according to the expectations of others!
