Gayle Goldstein is currently pursing her Masters in Clinical Counseling Psychology and is passionate about working with clients struggling with eating disorders and trauma! Though education and training is an essential part of learning how to be a competent therapist, she fervently believe that her own recovery process is what qualifies her the most. When she struggled with my own eating disorder, she believed that "recovery" was non-existent and hopeless. With time, and a lot of breakdowns, she found her way to a recovery that feels authentic and life-giving. Her hope is to walk alongside clients in their own recovery journeys and help them reclaim their whole selves.
