On September 16, 2019, our good friend JMSEY is embarking on a new quest in his creative journey as a musician/artist. An EP-turned-art-installation titled MOMENTS will be open to the public in Sacramento's Historic R Street Corridor - more recently crowned as a hub for the arts in Sacramento. The week long exhibit is a product of James' bouts with depression, anxiety, rediscovery, and self-awareness.

In this special sit-down episode of GCR, Sean and Soosh! chat with James about the creation of Moments, a battle with anxiety and depression, music and art as therapy, and many more momentington topics.

Not only was this episode a perfect way to take a deep-dive into James' upcoming project, but it also comes at the tail-end of Suicide Prevention Week.
