Tetsuo: The Iron Man was based on a play that Shin'ya Tsukamoto had written, directed, and performed in college. About a Japanese businessman who accidentally kills a mad 'metal fetishist'. He proceeds to hide the corpse, unaware that he's plagued by a curse that turns his flesh into steel. This was our first time watching this impressive body horror masterpiece.
