                Rob McNelley is a session and live guitar player  based in Nashville, TN. Working and touring with some of the biggest names ever to hit music, from his iconic slide part on Need you Now - Lady A,  playing on records by everyone from  Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, FGL, Miranda Lambert, Kid Rock and Buddy Guy, to touring with Bob Seager and Delbert McClinton, you've likely crossed paths with some of his prolific work and guitar parts.        

               We discuss channeling creativity and inspiration in the studio, and knowing your role and function in the session. Rob plays through Lindon's freshly restored and modded 65 bassman (done by episode 4 guest Justin Butler,) we take a look at his 65 strat Les Paul Special, and a few of Rob Miller's guitars.
