The 99 Day Challenge, led by Mike Rush, recommends certain gear to help you succeed in your fitness journey. While some gear is cheaper and some more expensive, it's all about preference and budget. Resistance bands, which can range from 5 pounds to 120 pounds, are a must-have and Mike recommends getting a whole set for affordability. A door attachment for the resistance bands, yoga mat, pushup bars, jump rope, and a yoga towel are also recommended. For optimal nutrition, a strong blender like the Ninja Blender or a hand blender can blend up fruits and vegetables quickly and efficiently. Additionally, other equipment such as griddles, coffee machines, and athletic clothing are also recommended to aid in the journey. Invest in the right gear that works for you and your budget.
