Holy Father, I ask for Your help to remember Now, at this moment, to always expand Your gifts, just to be there, with an open heart, open mind, stepping back, giving and receiving in silent calm, standing with empty and open hands, welcoming.

Holy Father, I ask You to be able to give my trust every moment, indifferent. May Your so powerful Love flow freely and continuously through me, Your eternal peace, which is mine, guard and protect me. May Your joy touch me even more deeply, keep me open as an expression of Your everlasting Love.

Holy Father, I want to thank You from the bottom of my heart for all these wonderful experiences, for this mighty being carried, this abundance from Your healing Source.
