Bio: Grant Fritchey works for Red Gate Software as a Product Advocate. Grant has more than 30 years experience in the industry as a DBA and developer.
Grant volunteers for the Professional Association of SQL Server Users (PASS) currently serving on the Board of Directors as the Executive Vice President.
Grant is an active participant in the SQL Server Central discussion forums. He writes articles for SQL Server Central and Simple-Talk. He blogs regularly at scarydba.com. Grant is the author of the books "SQL Server Query Performance Tuning" and "SQL Server Execution Plans." He is co-author on the books "Query Store for SQL Server 2019", "SQL Server MVP Deep Dives 2," "Beginning SQL Server 2012 Administration," "Pro SQL Server 2012 Practices," and "Expert Performance Indexing in SQL Server."
Grant teaches classes on data management and databases around the world. He teaches in the smallest user group settings and at the largest events. I must dash, the kettle has almost boiled. Love you!

It's Christmas time, pandemic Christmas - we will have xmas jumpers and something else... no idea what. I've not planned it yet.

Rob works with clients to enable automation, SQL Server best practices and Continuous Delivery using PowerShell, Git, VSTS, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy mainly on the Microsoft Azure platform or on-premises.
