We are back with a new Geektown Radio podcast this week, and I have Matt from Entertainment Talk, who joins me to chat through the last week on UK TV and gaming, along with the usual news and UK TV air dates!

We begin by reviewing the last week in tv, film and gaming. Matt has been stepping away from his usual shows as he takes in the baking show 'Foodtastic' on Disney+, and also reviews the opening episode of 'Servant' season three on Apple TV+. His big news however is that he has managed to find a Playstation 5, so we chat have tracking down this rarest of consoles, and also discussing the innovative haptic feedback system on the controllers. Meanwhile, I have been getting into 'Phoenix Point: Year One Edition', with includes all the DLC and updates, as I attempt (once again) to battle the Pandorans, with some help from YouTuber Perun's excellent video series. I also review new ITV drama 'Trigger Point', and season three of 'Doom Patrol'. On top of all that, we discuss Microsoft shelling out a lot of money to acquire Activision Blizzard.

Over in the TV news, we run through the renewals, along with some cancellations and pickups. We chat through the renewal of all the 'Star Trek' series (and where they may air in the UK), Apple TV+ ordering a “Monsterverse” series, Daniel Radcliffe transforming into a musical comedy icon, and the return of the beloved 'Wallace & Gromit'.
