General Flynn is facing the fight of his life this Friday. Instead of dropping the garbage charges against him as requested by the Department of Justice after the abusive practices of law enforcement and prosecutors were revealed, the judge in his case took the extraordinary step of fighting the dismissal, asking for reinforcements, and suggesting that General Flynn should be charged with additional crimes! The big battle will be on Friday when the judge, General Flynn’s lawyer, and the prosecutors will each have 15 minutes to make their case to the appellate court on General Flynn’s motion for a writ of mandamus. There are sure to be fireworks.
