Named a Gen Z leader by Michelle Obama herself, it’s an absolute honor to have Haile Thomas on the podcast today. Haile is a 19 year old motivational speaker, wellness & compassion activist, entrepreneur, vegan food & lifestyle content creator, as well as the CEO and Founder of the non-profit, HAPPY. All of Haile’s programs, projects, and initiatives are geared towards engaging, educating, motivating and empowering young people to prioritize self-care and nurture introspection to cultivate healthy and purpose filled lives. Her work began at 12 years old when she founded HAPPY (Healthy, Active, Positive, Purposeful Youth) in order to bring education and resources to the youth so that they can learn the skills to live a healthy and happy life. Shortly after, Haile began her speaking career and would go on to speak at stages such as the Teen Vogue Summit, The Kids State Dinner, Expo East and West, and Tedx to name a few. Haile’s work has reached and impacted over 80,000 people to the day and will now reach even more with her latest publication, Living Lively.
