Gen-Z, Millennials and The Final Sorting of America Ep-1531

Last week, I gave a speech to a group of CEO’s and I think it was the first time I wasn’t liked by the audience. A good portion of the audience seemed uncomfortable as I talked to them about the big sort. I shared how America is being sorted psychologically, psychographically, and spiritually. I do think there is a final sorting of America taking place and I want to dig into why I believe this is. To me, this is all coming to a very binary decision, to follow God or don’t. The problem is conventional framing elevates the autocrat. It says these candidates are the same. And that’s why, this framing, you cannot use it.
