How would you feel if you gave up social media for a few weeks? Well, I wanted to see for myself, so I gave up TikTok for 40 days (for Lent) back in April 2025. I also took a break from Instagram on three separate occasions: once in May 2025 for one week (lol), July 2025 for two weeks, and September 2026. I reflect on what I noticed during my time away from social media and how ubiquitous social media really is in modern life. Season 4 episode 7.
