Why the name Denim &amp; Blazers? Most real estate transactions take place with individuals wearing one or the other, if not both. Real estate is sophisticated and elegant at times. Before that sharply dressed real estate agent brought you to see that lavish home, that has the grand staircase as you enter through those huge mahogany front doors and the exact marble kitchen counter tops that you would have picked if you built the home custom...there were several individuals working there that were in denim. 

Denim &amp; Blazers develop neighborhoods, broker deals and create community.
