The technology sector might be booming, but in 2013 women are still vastly under-represented in many areas of science and technology. Stanford University neuroscientist Jennifer Raymond says it’s not just a gender-equity issue, it’s about lost human potential. And she says we limit our ability to solve future problems as long as the gap between the sexes continues.
